Faq 8 (or somewhere) Downloading comments

Going through my to-do list, I had a "make sure http://www.livejournal.com/developer/exporting.bml is easy to find from the faq" stuffed in there, which I never got developed anything beyond that. I just searched (new-style search) and it doesn't seem to be in there.

FAQ 8 might be a good place.
