I updated the "warning bar" at the top of FAQ 248 to reflect the fact that, although the FAQ is in the "Advanced Customizations" category, only some of the customizations discussed require a Paid account. I've also updated FAQ 64 to mention that mood theme images larger than 100x100 will be scaled down.

I've updated FAQ 248 to mention that a few layouts support an option for reversing entry order, since the previous version implied this modification was only possible through a theme layer.

In order to address the move of our servers from SF to Montana, I updated the domain aliasing FAQ. Instead of just providing the new IP addresses, I am deprecating our support of using A records to map to livejournal's ip addresses. The main S2 customization page appears to have changed its name from "Choose Journal Style" to "Select Journal Style". At least FAQs 7, 177 and 266 contain the page name, so they probably should be corrected to reflect the current page name.
