Internet working again!
I have no idea what the original problem was, but when they replaced my modem on Saturday, no one thought that it might be useful to mention that the pppoe information was stored in the modem, and so I was no longer supposed to provide PPPoE information from my computer/router and was instead supposed to just do it via DHCP. (Non technical version ( ... ) -
Internet still broken
My internet is still broken :( I didn't think this was going to last so long, but clearly it's still ongoing, even after the technician replaced my modem and all the cables (and looked at the wires in the wall). I am less than pleased. Anyway, if you're someone who I normally see in chat/rooms and have wondered why I've disappeared, that's what' ( ... ) -
Trying to figure out if I should/can use some extra vacation time.
If I come for a longer visit, is there anyone to visit with?

Router broken
