Substantial update to FAQ #129

In order to address the move of our servers from SF to Montana, I updated the domain aliasing FAQ. Instead of just providing the new IP addresses, I am deprecating our support of using A records to map to livejournal's ip addresses. Feel free to make additional edits for clarity, but make sure the intent of only supporting CNAME records is left intact.
