Is how to opt in or out of My Guests documented anywhere? Because I can't find it :(

Now that Release 59 is out, some more changes need to be made:

Lost Password, Change Password, and Change email FAQs ( FAQ17, FAQ18 and FAQ19) need to re-include "an email address that was previously validated and was in use within the last 6 months".

Community banning ( FAQ84) needs to make some mention of "Ban Everywhere".

While I was working on this request, av8rmike told me about some unstyled layouts that were available, that could be relevant to the user's question. I thought it would be handy to include this information in a FAQ, probably 259 at this stage.

It took me a surprisingly long time to find the faq on customized comment pages, and that's because it's really not linked much. Currently it's only linked in 47 "how do I add a memory", 114 "paid time expiration", and 156 "comment time zones".

At the very least, it should be added to: 62 "What are comments?" and 131 "Paid account benefits" (since ( Read more... )

I'd like to move 281, the "how do I mark my posts as inappropriate for underages" FAQ out of "Conflicts with Other Users". The "what happens if other people flag my stuff and it gets sent to Abuse" is really only a mention in a sentence or two; the rest of the FAQ is really "how do I flag my own stuff" and user-ed about what happens when you run ( Read more... )

298 (My Guests) has had a warningbar added to inform people that this feature isn't live yet, so watch news.

188 needs an update to account for the introduction of My Guests. And 298 for 188, maybe.

A FAQ about the (contextual) hover menu has been a long time coming as can be seen from this status-pending. The FAQ #s outlined below will either be linked or just a note that they will need to be updated when this FAQ goes live.
