Since you can't buy new TxtLJ notifications anymore, 275 is essentially the account level limits, "you might get charged for this", and "no, FAQ 30 is different from TxtLJ". The Premium Features FAQ cat was removed and its FAQs moved to other FAQ cats as follows:

- FAQ 113 (How does my LiveJournal email address work?) to Account Levels (below FAQ 131)

- FAQ 123 (What is the Directory?) to Account Levels (below FAQ 114)

- All other FAQs to a new category, Mobile Access, order unchanged

TxtLJ FAQ tells about limitations, but I just found out the hard way it won't take any attachments. It doesn't strip them, or return an error or anything, just acts like they never existed. It'd be nice if the FAQ said this specifically.
