Lately I've been dealing with, well, the aging process. Though I'm at my lowest adult weight, I'm not necessarily at my healthiest. Yesterday I went to a protest/rally about Egypt. There were only about 20 people (myself included) but it was pretty magical. True, there could have been more energy, but all in all, I'd say it was fairly successful. Sometimes, we all make poor decisions. I just made my biggest mistake of the year since the 12th. Over two weeks without a major mistake? And I'm still flogging myself over the damned decision, which, in many circles was not even a mistake?

I don't know. I simply worry excessively. My eyelids are heavy, my head is spinning, 'tis time to slumber

On facebook, at least, I am friends with some of my region's progressives. In addition to this, I have taken steps to reduce the amount I drive, and am working on taking more progressive actions. Bah, is my only reply to that sort of sentiment. In the background, John Carpenter's Halloween plays on my television set. That movie used to be my favourite; I'm glad I've matured past grade-B horror movies from the 1970s. Watching it, I see several flawed elements, and several intriguing moments.
