There are lots of things to update you on! Sadly, no further bunny news but I reckon that's because I asked an essay's-worth of questions; although that was entirely necessary (thanks to the RWAF for your help)!

I've been very busy failing to finish my Khador cavalry army for Warmachine: I was trying to get it done for the Student Nationals but managed less than half. Depressingly, it wasn't even the least painted army there... Still, I had a lot of fun and even managed to win 1/5 games, leaving me in place 9/10! So, in a week and a half I'll be embarking on a railtour of central Europe with my parents for the first time in 8 years and probably the last time. I thiught I'd post the itinerary here as I hope to update fairly frequently while I'm abroad, thanks to the power of free wifi.

2010 was a year of losses. Lots of people lost their jobs. We (recently) lost two Falklands icons: the Harrier jump jet and, on 20th December, Brian Hanrahan (he'd been ill with cancer since March or so). We also lost the truly awesome Ark Royal. I got a phonecall last Thursday telling me that the selection day at Hoval will be on the 19th August, so I've started listening to German radio (Deutschlandfunk) streamed off the Internet, to get back into the whole German 'zone'.
