2010 was a year of losses. Lots of people lost their jobs. We (recently) lost two Falklands icons: the Harrier jump jet and, on 20th December, Brian Hanrahan (he'd been ill with cancer since March or so). We also lost the truly awesome Ark Royal. There are things that need to be done and I'm not sure when there'll be time to do a lot of them...

1. A haircut
2. Coursework and reading to be done for Uni
3. Drawings
4. Trousers taking up, and other sewing
5. Models building

Went out on site Wednesday: hired a Corsa-sized car (Class B in Enterprise terms) as usual and guess what turned up? A Vectra! That's three Enterprise-sizes bigger, and £6 more expensive (on normal rates)! They should charge us the Corsa rate, of course, because that's what I asked for. I'm currently reorganising the filing system here at Jacobs Cost Consultancy, on Lee's authority. Of course, we'll have to clear it with Top Management but we've decided that, being women, we need a much clearer, more concise and more economical filing system than we already have. Just got my exam timetable. 1 on 2nd June and 1 on 4th June, Monday and Wednesday.
