Last night was an absolutely miserable one, and it's not over today as the day progresses.

As noted in this blog entry, I have a blood blister/haematoma on my left foot. My doctor, in his infinite wisdom, proscribed an antibiotic called Cepahlexin as a precaution to prevent infection. 500mg per dose, 4 times per day. With my history of diarrhea ( Read more... )

Another typical, somewhat blustery day for early October today. It was somewhat sunny, more cloudy than sun-filled, quite breezy, with a temperature of around 13oC for the day. It's been a brutally hot couple of days here in Ottawa, and today was no exception. The temperatures here reached 32oC today, though it was at least a dry heat. Lots of sunshine as well.
