Friday Night Gaming Session Cancelled
Today is Friday.
I was supposed to game this evening with the Friday players tonight.
That isn't going to happen. I'm recovering from the ear infection that I've had for at least two to three weeks, but it has left me somewhat dizzy, headache prone, and with a bit of lack of balance. The antibiotic that I'm taking for the ear infection are still wreaking havoc with my bowels. As if that's not bad enough, on Monday I walked into a door frame due to a bout of dizziness and have concussed myself. The doctor at the hospital told me that it's a Grade 3 concussion, and I have felt rotten most of the week. I've not been able to do much, as the concussion symptoms have persisted though they've eased off a bit today. So I've called off today's game session.
I was quite looking forward to starting the Friday group's first adventure of the Vaesen - Nordic Horror Roleplaying RPG tonight, but but that's not happening. Rather sad about that, but such is life. Just have to look forward to running the game at the next regularly scheduled session. In the meantime, going back to bed for a while and perhaps nap for another hour or two.
