Back from a few lovely relaxing days in Cornwall. It was the first time I’ve been back since early this year so it was marvellous to soak up my hometown and complete relaxation. My parents wanted to see me and I wanted to see them and Anthony always enjoys Cornwall. We had a good few days there.

So there's this TV show from the Sixties - The Man from UNCLE - about an American secret agent called Napoleon Solo and a Russian secret agent called Illyia Kuryakin who work together for UNCLE, fighting an evil organisation called THRUSH. Saw Guardians of the Galaxy yesterday with Anthony and I really can't recommend it enough. Neither of us know anything about the comic books and we didn't need to to enjoy the film, though I'm sure there's plenty of in-jokes in the film for those that do know the comics. Today in church I got a wonderful challenging image - a photo I saw on The Voice, of a lovely female model with a birdcage in place of her torso/chest and she was opening the door, releasing a swarm of butterflies or birds, I forget which.
