Honestly have to say this was one of the best nights of my life, in recent memory.

It's Christmastime (at least for my family, who celebrates Christmas). Every year on the 24th, my mom's side of the family has a Christmas get-together. And every year, I cry for the entire first half of the day because I'm so apprehensive about going. It's only the 9th now and I'm already starting to experience anticipatory anxiety. Timmy's really sick. His lungs are over twice the size they should be, and Dr. Brown suspects that he may have congestive heart failure as well.

Michael spent two hours bitching to me about mom this morning from like 4:00-6:00 AM, and then I just got a ranting phone call from my mom and SHE bitched at me with her bulldozing sarcasm voice for ten minutes, ranting about my brother. Thanks for taking me seriously when I told you not to pull me into the middle, guys.

I can tell that the family drama is about to start flaring up again. I really can't handle a fucking repeat of what happened in October.
