Drawing Tips

- Use only clear large reference photos (get permission if it's not a free stock photo)
- Use good contrast photos (lots of darks and light tones) a good balance makes for a great drawing
- Print out the reference in grayscale, lighten the photo to better see shadowed areas (print different samples)

So angry. They canceled the drawing class. Fortunately, there's another class - the only problem is that it's painting, not drawing. Which is alright, except.. I can't paint at all. And Kristen hates watercolor. But it's called "Painting in Watercolor and Basic Drawing", and the other one was called "Basic Drawing", so hopefully it's a mix of both ( Read more... )

..also, I called my social worker two days ago and she told me that I should have my first disability check and my drug card NEXT WEEK. Like.. fucking wow. I'm so just..
