Is there anywhere to grab a shower/bath/hose down in Tokyo? I have about 8 hours between my long flight there and my overnight bus up to Aomori, and I would love to not feel like a swamp creature but I'm not staying overnight at a hotel, so! Any ideas or recommendations?

I love animals, and always get really depressed when I go to Japanese pet shops. It's always really terrible to see how often they are kept in tiny cages where they can hardly move, and rarely even have a toy or two to keep them occupied. I've looked around and asked around (at work, at random convenience stores, at the train station, etc.), but I can't seem to find any secondhand bike stores in Tokyo. I mean, they must exist, right?
