I've not been in here since the 27th of August as I've been busy with other things such as transfering to a new site at work. Yes we hit 94F today, yep in Seattle no less!This morning I was up just shy of 7AM to go get quarters and coffee, and while there, picked up a package of good bacon that does not cost an arm and a leg, and a coconut/chocolate donut (known as a feather boa from Top Pot donuts), and a croissant for breakfast, and a large gallon jug of distilled water ( Read more... )

Yes, it's hot out there, it is now 84, and we hit the high in Seattle for the day. It is supposed to be hotter tomorrow, with the high around 90 in Seattle, yikes! Places elsewhere could be in the mid nineties in the afternoon, yikes again ( Read more... )

Got up just shy of 7AM if I recall and managed to do a bit of catching up and finished, yes, finished Pt 1 of the Tale of 2 cassettes for my blog. Overall, it's still longish, but at a more respectable 1,664 words all told.
