It's been 2 days since I got the phone and I love it. Android Lollipop is slick and easy to get used to, especially if you've come from previous versions of Android, such as Jelly Bean like I did. Then I'll download an app for the old phone that will allow me to transfer EVERYTHING from the internal storage only, I believe.

Yep, my phone is at the sorting facility here in Seattle and the time was 6:42AM so am not sure it will make it on the delivery truck today, but tomorrow for sure.

Otherwise, it's gorgeous out there and the high today is expected to be in the UPPER 70's so very nice indeed.

So with that, carry on while I get to work.

Yep, much of the day yesterday, I barely got 3G, and now not even that. Can't text, can't make calls, and I doubt I'm getting any email notifications either, though I was on occasion getting one yesterday ( Read more... )

That is, fixed phone. I strung a new wire between the input jack into the unit, and the one on the other side of the slider, connected everything up, and got a dial tone! Yes, I sure did, and even though I've not check out the rest of the outlets, the DSL is connected, so it works, however I'm not getting anything now, at least from the bedroom, ( Read more... )

Yep, it's already much quicker, though not as quick as promised, and I'm not sure if it's the supposed short I have as I still don't have a dial tone, not even a side tone on my vintage 1982 Western Electric Trimline, the only true old skool phone in my place, not even the LED lights up ( Read more... )
