I've not been in here since the 27th of August as I've been busy with other things such as transfering to a new site at work. With fall having fallen as of Saturday, the weather now is more fall like already even though Sunday was pleasant and topped out at 83F. Yesterday, we hit I think 73, today, the weather people forecasted 69, well, we apparently only hit 67 in Seattle, with highish humidity as it remained mostly cloudy with spittles of rain. This morning, I'm really getting that feeling that summer's essentially over, and fall is nigh. The sunrise begins at 6:21am, sunsets, just shy of 8pm now. While I ate breakfast, the sun began to rise up enough to light the clouds in a bright pink/magenta color in places outside my windows (which face north and west). This morning, in particular, it felt like fall and listened to the newly ripped Baker Street Revisited that I put to the thumbdrive on my way into work, and also coming home.

Part of it was it got cool last night, low 50's, I think overnight, and this morning, the sun was just beginning to come up, creating a pink sky at about 6:15AM as I ate ( Read more... )

Last night, finished up my Keep Feeling Fascination, and all that Pop music folder on the new thumb drive, so now it contains the rest of side two, including the extended version of the Safety Dance, by Men Without Hats. Decided to get out and about for a bit in the cold, but mostly sunshiny day late afternoon but well before dark when I began.

The idea was to capture some photos of fall, or what's left of it anyway before everything looks like the dead of winter, if it hasn't in some areas already and to get a photo for a CD project I'm finishing up.
