Yesterday was a visit to the Doctor's for an update and things aren't great, I haven't managed to control the illness yet. I really need to get myself out of this funk I seem to have fallen into. Our winter started early this year. Uusually snow doesn't stick until January and December was just all about the snow, more snow and hey! More SNOW! Tonight I made a vegetable noodle soup! I think I should have put more carrots and less noodles. I've never had kale in soup before, but it's not bad. This is my first soup (I attempted one before) that turned out and is edible!
