Today I dragged my massive butt to the local gym and used my 3-day guest pass. I was testing out if I would be able to fit in a gym visit on my lunch hour. (I'm thinking i'd need a longer lunch hour.)
Anyhow I made my 340lb body run jog shuffle for a solid 5 minutes with a few 'sprints' thrown into a 25 minute turn on the dreadmill.
