The bench is IN! The monument company installed it this morning and he said he had gotten a call from the bench people saying they were on the plane and would be here today. The wind is blowing so much the plastic film on the windows is pushing the modem off it's perch.

Today's high was about 57. That matches the wind gusts I think. But at least the snow is mostly gone. Making room for new stuff I guess.

I'm tired, my legs are tired. We went for our two mile walk for the first time in perhaps a week. Outch. Amazing how fast those muscles shrink back up. Must be the rain. Ted Kennedy's funeral will take place as Danny Boy rains down on us. Also in Weymouth will be another huge funeral for a local police officer killed on duty by an elderly driver. For that they are shutting down part of Rt. 18, so beware. Glad we don't have either funeral ( Read more... )
