It looks as though the last time I posted was in January! Sort of a telling day, too. There's a reason I stopped posting when I did. Wow, today was busy. Meetings meetings meetings. And tomorrow will be both better and worse. Worse because the meetings start earlier, better because there won't be an evening meeting to try to get to. This cold has really settled in; was't worth much today. Got a couple more things done, caught up a bit, tried to build bridges ( hopefully didn't smash any), started on the introductions for graduation (I'm the "mc" this year).

I said too many nice things about the trains yesterday and today. Tonight, the train was half an hour late. But the conducter was really funny about trying to get us all on the train as fast as possible.

Finally managed to have lunch w/ whitefjords today. We had really fantastic pitas/kabobs/falafal at a place called Yaf Yaf-yum. Good to catch up.

Apparently I've gotten the wrong notion about the train for the last two years. I've been leaving from Union Station instead of Oglive and suddenly my train commute is 1.5 hrs instead of 2. *headdesk* 1.5 hours is do-able. In other news, I seem to be helping folks at work learn html. This would be easier if I had ever learned html. (Although I seem to have learned a surprising amount from LJ)

Also, hi all! I'm not dead. But I'm not quite sure where to start posting again, either.
