You know the day is off to a bad start when you open excel instead of the database programme you intended to open, yet still sit and stare at it for several minutes wondering why the log-in screen isn't loading.

I have so many thoughts in my head at the moment.

I can feel myself withdrawing and burying them instead of talking to someone who cares about me and seeking reassurance about how i feel.

Really stupid things are upsetting me and twice today i've had to fight tears back.

I feel so pathetic. 

Last.fm has a thing on it's front page that recommends new music to you based on what you are listening to.  I don't know whether to be amused or offended by it's latest recommendations to me:
