So this summer I've been manic/hypomanic (actually I had my most intense manic episode, I'm not sure if its over yet!). I'm so tired of the insomnia, anger, depression and anxiety all being rolled into one.
Is this what you would call a "mixed" episode?  I'm guessing so.

I am about to just lose it today.

I just feel like screaming at the top of my lungs, venting, and just hitting something. I don't know why I feel this way, but I am not liking it at all.

I used to always just say, "I feel so out of it," to describe the indescribable feelings I would have during my up and down bipolar episodes.
