Anger issues and mini mood swings?
Hey, everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I have a bit of an issue. My moods seem up and down, but with less severity than usual. It doesn't really interfere with life or anything, it's just a little uncomfortable. My other issue that does interfere with everyday life is my anger. I get angry over the smallest things and it's darn near uncontrollable. I mean, I'm not the type to punch holes in walls or anything. But this rage I'm experiencing isn't pleasant at all. Has anyone else had these kinds of experiences? Was your pdoc able to help?
