Earlier this week I expected I would be spending at least $300 this week, and it was distressing me. I guessed it would be $50 for student loan payment, $140 for filling some cavities, $50 for an inspection for my car, and $100 for a new battery.

Well I finally received a paycheck, when I've been at less than $100 (minus pending rent check) in my checking for over a week. Penny pinching on everything except gas, which I can't do, since I have to pay around $40 a tank-full, and do that 2, sometimes 3 times a week (in fact the bank shows 4 fuel-ups in the last 10 days). I decided to go to the Auto Show in Detroit, and on second thought maybe it wasn't such a good idea. The auto show itself was only $12 which isn't such a bad thing.
