Yesterday I tested out a pair of dress shoes I was wearing a lot at the start of the summer and not much since then. I put a 3rd party 3/4 size arch support in (the full size, Powerstep supports my doctor recommended don't align right with my feet in those shoes). Played DDR, Max and Max2. These older games rated difficulty less granularly than the new games. 5 foot songs, even on light, can kick my ass. They throw all kinds of quarter beats and huge clusters of steps I can't even read at those difficulties ( Read more... )

I don't normally workout 2 days in a row because I worry about strain to my joints. However, I felt I needed a little extra so I did some today. I did 25 minutes (15 songs) in Endless mode.
