I don't normally workout 2 days in a row because I worry about strain to my joints. However, I felt I needed a little extra so I did some today. I did 25 minutes (15 songs) in Endless mode. (My knee started to become unhappy; my stamina is fine I could go an hour I think.) HR 110-120 for the most part. I'm also going to try doing some toning exercises.
The scale was not my friend this morning though. It seems the 3# lost last week was partially water, not quite 2 of it came back. But that means I did lose 1 pound last week!
