I started working for Asterand last Monday. So far, I'm just homogenizing tissue, but once I get my Hepatitis B vaccination records in, I should be able to start other, less mind numbing tasks. Grades are in. With my 4.0 semester, I graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.91, just above the 3.9 cutoff for the highest honors from GPA. Back to looking for and applying to jobs.

The good news: I have that general chemistry lab credit sorted out. I could quit going to my classes and still pass them all (not that I'm going to, I happen to like my 3.9 GPA). I'm graduating at the end of the semester ( Read more... )

Vacation's over. I got my grades from last semester, A's in all the labs (which I probably stressed my self out to the point of physical manifestations in order to achieve), and an A- in Native American Literature. Quantitative Analysis this spring (hopefully I figure out some way to still get to Rag), and Biochemistry I, Elementary Statistics, and Microbiology (with lab) in the fall. I'm up in Ypsilanti now. My last day of work was fun; one of my coworkers decided he wanted to try out Dag, so we went to Michele Field at lunch and sparred briefly while my supervisor took pictures.
