YOOCHUN
At Yunho’s words, a man turned towards us. He was beautiful and slender. He had shoulder length black shiny hair tied at the back of his head with bangs swept to the side that almost covered his left eye.
“Yunho!” Heechul exclaimed launching himself at Yunho and hugging him.
“It’s been a while, Chullie.” Yunho smiled as he hugged back. “What have you been up to? And more importantly, how did you know we were here?”
“News travels fast.” Heechul answered with a smirk. “What does it matter how we know you guys were here?”
“I’m sure.” Yunho deadpanned then frowned. “Things are different now, Heechul.” He added seriously.
I watched as Heechul’s expression changed before he looked at me.
“And who is this handsome man?” Heechul asked making me blush.
“Yoochun.” I answered with a little bow. “Park Yoochun.”
“Sorry about leaving so quickly the other day, by the way.” Heechul said with a smile. “I had to tell Taeyeon immediately once I confirmed my guess.”
I just stared at him unable to utter a word. Yunho had a frown on his face and was just about to speak when Junsu and Taeyeon made their way towards us.
“Hey guys,” Junsu said as he stopped right beside me, then looking at Heechul. “Never one without the other. How did you even find out about this, Chullie?” he asked then thought better of it and added, “No. Nevermind, don’t answer that.”
I looked at the woman with Junsu. She was tiny, with her wavy brown-blonde hair and brown eyes. She looked like a soft-spoken girl. She looked like a doll.
“Yoochun, this is Taeyeon.” Junsu introduced. “We were all in the same class in middle school.”
Taeyeon bowed as she was introduced, a smile on her lips. I returned the bow and we shook hands.
“Your music piece was amazing, Yoochun-sshi.” Taeyeon said. “Heechul was kind enough to find out more about who composed it and coincidentally found out that Junsu had helped you write the music.”
“Thank you.” I replied.
“Well now, you two best be going on your date!” Heechul suddenly interrupted. “You did just buy Junsu for $2,000 just to spend the whole day with him.” He added.
Heechul dragged Junsu away from my side while taking Taeyeon by the hand and pushing them away from our group. Junsu looked at me and smiled in apology. I smiled back and just nodded. I understood.

“I don’t like her.” Changmin said as he sat down with his coffee and muffin.
“Why?” I asked. “She was classmates with Junsu and Yunho in middle school.”
“I think she’s a spoiled brat hiding behind a cute face.” Changmin said.
Honestly, I felt the same as Changmin. Ever since she came and took Junsu on that date after winning the auction, she’d been stuck to his side.
“I have a bad feeling about her.” I thought out loud.
Changmin and I lapsed into silence. I sighed and put on my headphones, taking out a notebook to write in. I fiddled with my ipod and chose one of the classical pieces that I was supposed to study and found myself getting lost in the music not long after.
I was doodling in my notebook when I felt movement beside me. I turned to my right and found myself staring at Junsu’s face. Eyes widening a bit, I slid my headphones off.
“You’ve been in your little bubble, you didn’t notice.” Junsu explained with a smile. “You don’t mind, do you?”
“N-no, I don’t.” I stammered and then looked around. “Where’s Changmin?” I asked.
“Yunho came with me and asked him to help with his paper since they’re both taking the same class.” Junsu answered. “He didn’t want to bother you and since I offered to stay in his place, he left with Yunho to go to the library.”
“Oh.” I said. “Okay.”
“I’m sorry.” Junsu said after a while.
“What for?” I asked.
Before Junsu could answer we both turned at the voice that called out his name.
“Junsu!” Taeyeon said as she seated herself right beside him. “What a coincidence finding you here!”
“I thought you were going to go back today?” Junsu said as Heechul came with their drinks and sat down opposite me.
“She begged me to stay a few more days.” Heechul answered. “You know how she is.”
I sighed and smiled. I tuned out of their conversation as they started talking. I felt uncomfortable. I just stared at the doodles in my notebook and wondered why I didn’t just leave. I wanted to slip my headphones back on but I didn’t want to be rude so I just sat there stiffly, trying to ignore how Taeyeon stared at Junsu with stars in her eyes and hung onto his every word.
I jumped when my hand was gently held. I looked at Junsu, but he was focused on listening to Taeyeon talking about something. I felt him squeeze my hand. I looked at our entwined hands and smiled inspite of myself willing down the blush trying to creep up on my face.
Somehow Junsu knew.
I squeezed his hand back and smiled. I looked up and found myself on the receiving end of Taeyeon’s glare. The smile slid off my face. Junsu and Heechul were talking and didn’t notice. I watched as Taeyeon suddenly stood up, startling both Heechul and Junsu from their conversation.
“What’s wrong Taeyeon?” Junsu asked.
Taeyeon continued to glare at me and then turned around to leave.
“Hey! What the hell?” Heechul yelled at Taeyeon’s retreating figure.
Junsu sighed and stood up, still grasping my hand. I took my hand back and put my things in my bag.
“She was glaring at me.” I said. Both Heechul and Junsu turned to me. “Because we were holding hands under the table.” I answered looking at Junsu. “Go to her.”
“What?” Junsu asked. “Why would - ”
“Taeyeon-sshi still has feelings for you.” I answered. “I think you should go talk to her.”
Slinging my bag over my shoulder, I walked around the table facing the exit of the coffee shop. I turned to Junsu with a small smile.
“I’ll go home now.” I said before walking out.
“Wait!”
I turned around at Heechul’s voice.
“I’m sorry.” Heechul said. “I’m sorry for bringing her to your school fair. She insisted because she’s been looking for Junsu for a long time. She’s still - ”
“You don’t need to explain, Heechul-sshi.” I said cutting him off.
“But I do.” Junsu said.
