Even though he's got all these problems now that he's older, I still think ferrets make fantastic pets. Yes, for a few moments, I admit to having my worries. Hell, I still worry. However, not long after I posted my second entry the other day,Vance's vet called. She said he did just fine and they would keep him until Saturday morning. I could have gotten him this evening, but I work and someone has to be with him.

Actually, it's not funny, but that's exactly what poor Vance is undergoing. He has an obstructed bladder. He has to be anaesthetized, catheterized and basically, juiced.

So yeah, I haven't had a break today, but it hasn't been that bad. The worst thing I had to deal with was a doctor's wife on a power trip.
