I got Friday off, bitches!
As if that ain't grand enough, I'm off work because my friends are adopting their little boy, whom they've had since he was two days old (making them his parents in every way but legally).
So we're gonna party. And on the home front, things are looking up. Tom's started going back to college, the Army's paying for it and best of all, he passed his PT test. That means he's staying in the National Guard and they're giving him lots of money to do so. Which means I get to pay off ALL of our bills. That's something I dream of. Could you call a full paying off of all your bills a 'billgasm'?

When Adrian got officially adopted, I bawled. While I am slightly embarrassed about that, I'm glad I attended. After all this time of not crying at weddings (I mean, why? I didn't even cry at mine!), I figure one public emotional outburst is allotted to me.
