nightwolfwriter and I took the daughter unit to the Renfest today. The weekend is Octoberfest, and she's supposed to get extra credit in her German class for being exposed to things German so today seemed like a good day to go.

I took the daughter unit in for her second evaluation today. The doc was pleased, as was I. She's doing really well.

I re-took the midterm exam yesterday. I'm feeling pretty good about it. I don't know my "final" final score because the professor has to grade the essay questions by hand, but I got all the questions the computer could grade for me correct ( Read more... )

I'm supposed to go see OOTP today with dzytoun, mollymorrison, and sorerutenshi. Don't know if nightwolfwriter and the daughter unit will join us yet. nightwolfwriter observed my meltdown in the wake of book 5 and hasn't touched a Harry Potter book since GOF, and the daughter unit was never able to make it completely through HBP. Ah, well. More on that later.
