Bad News
My mom's cancer progressed a lot, I guess, so they're taking her off of the milder oral chemotherapy and putting her back on the harder stuff. She'll lose her hair again and is in a lot of pain right now. Not exactly the news I was hoping to come home to. I'm trying to do as much around my house right now as I can, so that she doesn't have to. ( Read more... ) -

Had a fun time last night. Trumpet House had a party with the theme of "Heroes and Villains" or something. Superheroes, maybe. Lead to a lot of awesome costumes including Princess Leia, Indiana Jones, Juggernaut (with a cardboard-box helmet), all five planeteers, two Quailmen, two Poison Ivys, and a whole host of other crazy shit.
