Things are plodding along up here on site. It's beginning to look like the project before ours won't finish up before I fly out on break. Especially since the compressor broke on a rig this morning. I've been staying up way too late of late. I'm one of those people who seriously needs their sleep too. I predict I shall crash at some point this weekend. The cyclone season has ramped up again with one cyclone already terrorising the pilbara and another hovering around thinking about paying a visit. The first one has done some serious damage when it struck the coast as a catergory four. So far one person has been confirmed dead and another 20 presumed injured. So it seems the database program hates me too. Today I spent most of the morning trying to get it to print out reports. Only to find that instead of ordering the data in decending numbers it wanted to go with the random approach. I still have no idea why it was happening but I've found a workaround. So my work has recently switched to new database managing software as of Tuesday last week. It took me until this very morning to get the program to work sufficiently for me. In an amazing turn of events I have actually managed to complete all the last minute tasks assigned to me. I have logged the last hole. Dealt with the precollars. Got all the plods I could.
