We’ve had a few columns of smoke gathering on the horizon of late causing numerous speculations about their likely origin. You can get fairly bored essentially watching a metal pipe go round and round getting deeper and deeper. You know that alarm? I returned to camp yesterday and it was going off again. Only this time it seemed to be coming from room 27. So I went to the front office and asked them to go into the room and yank out it's power cord. Then this morning lo and behold it starts up again! By this stage I am soooo not amused. It's going to be interesting today. Since I'll be just about the only person left on site from our group. Just about everyone else is flying out after lunch and none of the people flying in will be in the office here until tommorrow. Would you believe they've ordered a giganitic photocopier for our site office? We barely have engough room to fit another person let alone a photocopier. Oh things are going to be so crowded. Plus we have to think of were to put it. None of us even knew about it until the darn thing showed up.
