I beg of you... if and when this actually happens, please have someone photograph you in your white attire, leaning on your pink flamingo mallet, sipping on a mint julep.

Croquet usually requires seersucker. So does being a dandy fop. But then, such is the nature of croquet. We'll go shopping when I arrive. Banana Republic usually does a good job with their spring clothing line in making clothes nobody ever wears but for particular occasions- divet stomping, brises, etc.

The key of course is the hat. Which could be tricky to find.

I, just last week, picked up a completely white paisley-stitch tie.

When I brought it home I realized that it was my only non-undergarment piece of clothing that was white.
