Tonight was historical night for anime club and we didn't see my Le Chevalier D'Eon (but when one of the officers saw me bring it up she spazzed since she loved it and D'Eon was actually what she had been thinking of for historical anime, she even told me to bring it back when they have swords night, I WILL introduce the anime club to it!). Today was just long and filled. I guess part of it is all the walking you have to do over campus (Freshman 15, hah, what's that? For us it'll be the negative five or something). Seriously, I found out last night that itunes deleted all of the CDs I had imported on the old Mac so I had lost about two thirds of my music. I've gotten a lot of it back, I think I'm just missing four or five albums now and I should be able to re-burn those or transfer them over on my new 4GB memory stick (also need to transfer over my photos, ( Read more... )

My dad said that he would like a collection of poems by Auden for his birthday and I went out to B&N to try and find some works by him today (having failed earlier in the week at the used bookstore) and the only copy I could find cost $40. Cold and very, very windy today. So windy in fact that my mom thought that if I wore my heelies and carried an umbrella I could just be blown a long for my walk today.
