I'll be honest - sometimes I really don't know what to write here anymore.  I feel that so many years of expressing my angst, struggles, triumphs and defeats in San Francisco both empowered and deflated me in terms of expressing myself about my life

Just a reminder that every relationship goes through growing pains, right around the time when the commitment you have each made to having it becomes *real*. Making a move like this, together, is a very large dose of real commitment. Would you be going through this point in your relationship had you not moved back? maybe not as soon, but it would have come in the next year or so anyway. This isn't about where you are living, this is about where you are in your relationship and your own heads. Where you are living is just adding a different type of stress into the mix than you had in SF, not necessarily better or worse, just different
