Y'know how homemade baked goods with fruit in them can kind of "bleed" into the batter? Ever make a purple blueberry cupcake?

The secret is to freeze your berries! Same goes for raspberries, cut strawberries, whatever.
If they are frozen when you mix the batter, the fruit won't get all smashed and they won't bleed.

Tried a pumpkin bread mix. Very dissapointed with the results.
The pumpkin bread I ended up with is a bit flavorless and bland... basically, what I have is Buh Bread.
