Fudge supplies have been procured

I went out today (in the rain) because I spent the perfect lovliness of yesterday indoors, re-reading The Body Sacred by Dianne Sylvan.

and suprisingly low in fat because all the moisture comes from the pumpkin. In regular fudge, you have to add corn syrup and/or butter.

I had a fudge recipe, but there was no butter or corn syrup..there was either condensed or evaporated milk instead. I'll have to look for it.
