My goodness but it's smoky
The Everglades is on fire. I just confirmed that from the news but I really didn't need to as the smell of the smoke is overpowering, and I'm indoors and pretty far east - I can't even imagine what the folks who live closer west are dealing with. Updatey stuff
Recovery is going well for the most part except for the minor annoyance that I now appear to be allergic to everything in my life and will have to live in a bubble going forward. Seriously. I was allergic to the morphine, I was allergic to the percocet, I was allergic to the iodine...and now I've gotten rid of all those things and I'm still itching ( Read more... ) -

I keep telling myself that things will calm the heck back down, but in truth as long as my company keeps LJ blocked, I'm pretty much screwed for sharing unless I can get a minute to myself at home to post and I think we can all see how often that happens! I miss everyone and -

Mixed reviews, but mostly good.
Upon further review...the "something" on my scan is officially now "nothing" and the results of the ultrasound I had on Monday were, to quote the PA, "fine." However, as I have to get another ultrasound in July to look again, apparenty we are operating under slightly different definitions of that word.
