So it looks like they are firing up the LHC in Sep and expecting their first mass collision in Oct. Had a woman put through to me at work on Friday... Said she hated the company and everyone in it. Said our policy had killed people in the past... Said she never wanted anyone to go with us for their service...

By the end of the call she was thanking me and singing onto a new plan.
