So we had some Ancho BBQ sauce at the Qdoba on the way back from the wedding. I had some smoked tomatoes that i needed to get rid of so i gave it a try.

So, according to suggestion i have made yet another hot sauce...

Orange Cyanide Sauce

• 2 oranges worth of juice and pulp
• 3 Bhut Jolokia peppers
• 1 TB dark brown sugar
• 0.5 c water
• 0.5 c cider vinegar

So the hot saucing urge has struck ( again... )

So i've got a lot of peppers to use...

I made a mango hot sauce with the feared Bhut Jolokia or Indian Insanity Pepper. I just used one pepper because i only have one ripe so far, but the sauce is still pretty damn hot. I didn't hallucinate, but maybe with a few more...
