So, according to suggestion i have made yet another hot sauce...
Orange Cyanide Sauce
- 2 oranges worth of juice and pulp
- 3 Bhut Jolokia peppers
- 1 TB dark brown sugar
- 0.5 c water
- 0.5 c cider vinegar
- 0.25 tsp almond extract
Make as usual. Add the almond extract at the end.
Tastes pretty good. Not as hot as expected, but still pretty hot...
Also, tomatoes were smoked and canned on Tuesday. 1 Oak, 1 Hickory.
