Especially fire mojitos!
Flaming Mojito Sauce
- 10 Chinese Five Color peppers, chopped
- 1 New Mexico pepper, chopped
- 0.5 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 tb lime juice
- 1 tb sugar
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 tsp light rum
Simmer peppers in vinegar until soft. Remove from heat. Add lime juice, sugar, mint and rum. Smooth out with hand mixer.
I think this one came out pretty good, although there wasn't much of it. Maybe more mint next time, but i'm not sure. Maybe i should also replace the apple cider vinegar with white vinegar. We shall see...
