I'm finally starting to get back into working out and being healthy.  I guess i'm going to have to if  I want to have a career that is based on helping people get into shape.  The example has to start with me.  Cause if I can do it, anyone can.

I didn't even realize that one could change their personality so easily, but it's possible.  You just have to have the right state of mind and just do it.  If I can, anyone can.
