So...if you have a kid who is perfectly capable of reading and reading well, yet he throws a tantrum every time he has to read, what do you do?? He is not doing well with oral reading strictly due to behavior! I'm trying to positively reinforce him and pair nonpreferred with preferred activities and everything.

Wow, so 2009 did not really have a good mix of music this year. Last year I made my Top 20 of the Year list made before New Year's Eve. Unfortunately this year, I couldn't bring myself to finish it. It's that time of year again...the sweet smell of dead leaves and the crisp breeze is taking over the warmth and greenery. I generally love the fall because of the smells and the colors and the warmth of self-created comfort, but the overwhelming feeling of death and bad memories of this season make Fall even more bittersweet.
