So, a series of unrelated things in the past few weeks have led me to start to wonder what it is I want to do with my life. I feel like I have no direction right now and am just kind of floundering. Don't get me wrong, I'm doing a LOT. But I think I may be putting out a whole lot of effort in a number of different directions and not really ( Read more... )

Things I am grateful for:

1. A husband who is fairly handy and can at least assess a home repair situation that I'd be dumbfounded by.
2. My church family.
3. Being more financially secure, which makes unexpected and expensive problems less daughting.

Things I am grateful  for:

1. My day-to-day work not excessively intruding upon my time at a work conference, and not creating excessive work for me to catch up on when I get back.
2. Time and space to myself, even if it's for a work trip.
3. Very yummy sushi.

Things I am grateful for today:

1. Clean drinking water
2. Extended family
3. Although my body seems to hurt more in new ways every day, I'm still mobile and have the freedom to work on increasing my strength and stamina to help alleviate these aches and pains.

Things I am grateful for today:

1. A full fridge and pantry.
2. Public libraries.
3. Freedom for my own personal spiritual journey.

Things I am grateful for today:

1. A beautiful Christmas spent with my family.
2. Effective migraine medication.
3. Feasting without stress.
