Does anyone have any ideas for good books on Leadership? I want to develop my skills more before I once again have to hunt for work. I've already read "8 habits" and other Stephen Covey stuff and I prefer something that is a bit different from the "Synergy" cliche stuff being put out in corporate circles.

right now i'm doing online job applications or emails for 99% of the job searching i'm doing.  now that i am following up my emails/applications a week after i complete them i usually try to do this over the phone. if i leave 2 voice messages without a response i send an email out before trying the phone again ( Read more... )

I found this on http://www.askamanager.com.  It's worked for others, and I just left the ranks of the unemployed using it, myself!  Give it a shot.  What's the worst that can happen? :)
